No buyer accesses your financials, CIM, or business details without executing a mutual NDA. Access is enforced at the server level - not just hidden in the interface.

You control visibility

You approve every piece of information before it reaches buyers. Company name, exact location, revenue figures - each is a toggle you control.

Expiring document access

Document links expire after one hour. Even if a link is shared, it cannot be used after expiry. Every access request is re-authorized in real time.

Complete audit trail

Every document view, NDA signature, and data room access is logged with timestamp and identity. You can see exactly who has accessed your information and when.

Isolated seller accounts

Your data is completely isolated from other sellers on the platform. No NextPhase employee can access your deal without your authorization, except your assigned advisor.
