NextPhase Partners
Accessibility Statement
NextPhase Partners LLC | Last updated August 17, 2026
Our commitment
NextPhase Partners is committed to making our platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Selling a business is a significant decision, and we believe every owner should be able to work through that process on equal terms.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard we measure ourselves against. We also track WCAG 2.2 Level AA and intend to meet it as our remediation work progresses.
Conformance status
The NextPhase platform is PARTIALLY CONFORMANT with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We describe those parts below.
Scope of this statement
This statement applies to the NextPhase Partners website at thenextphasepartners.com and the NextPhase seller, buyer, and advisor platform accessed through it.
It also applies to documents generated by the platform, including valuation reports, Confidential Information Memoranda, executive teasers, and proof of cash reports. Documents uploaded by users, and third-party services embedded in or linked from the platform, are outside our direct control and are addressed separately below.
What we do
Accessibility is part of how we build, not something we add afterward. Our ongoing practices include:
- Building interface components on accessible foundations that support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technology.
- Providing text labels for form fields, buttons, and interactive controls.
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background.
- Supporting navigation by keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse.
- Providing alternative text for images that convey information.
- Writing in plain language and avoiding unnecessary jargon.
- Reviewing accessibility as part of our regular development work, and correcting issues as we find them.
Where we know we fall short
We are being straightforward about this: our platform is not yet fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we are actively working on it.
Areas we are currently addressing include documents generated by the platform, such as valuation reports and confidential information memoranda, which may not be fully tagged for screen readers; some color contrast ratios in the interface; and complete keyboard navigation across every screen.
If you rely on assistive technology and encounter a document you cannot read, contact us and we will provide the same information in a format that works for you.
How we assessed this
This statement is based on a self-evaluation carried out by NextPhase Partners. Our assessment methods include manual review of interface components against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria, and keyboard-only navigation testing.
We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party accessibility audit. We intend to do so as the platform matures, and we will update this statement when we do.
Last assessed: August 17, 2026. We review this statement at least annually and whenever we make significant changes to the platform.
If something is not working for you
If you encounter a barrier to using any part of our platform, we want to hear about it. Tell us what you were trying to do, what page you were on, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, letting us know which one helps us reproduce the problem.
Email: info@thenextphasepartners.com
We aim to respond within three business days. If a fix will take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing and provide the information or service you need through another means in the meantime, whether that is by phone, email, or a document in an alternative format.
No one should be blocked from selling their business because of how our software is built. If our platform is not working for you, we will find another way to get you what you need.
Alternative access
Every core function of our platform is also available with direct human assistance. If you would prefer to work through your valuation, documents, or listing with a person rather than through the interface, contact us and we will arrange it at no additional charge.
Third-party content
Some parts of our platform rely on services provided by third parties, including payment processing and document delivery. We do not control the accessibility of those services, but we will help you complete any task affected by them through an alternative route.
Formal complaints
If you have raised an accessibility issue with us and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again requesting escalation, and a member of our leadership will review the matter directly.
