"After witnessing the rewarding potential of deal making—creating true win-win outcomes for everyone involved—while also seeing business owners suffer at the hands of sophisticated investors, I felt called to offer something different.

 

The mission behind NextPhase is simple: to inspire bringing humanity back into deal making. In an industry flooded by transactional relationships, complex incentives, and endless opportunities for intermediaries to profit at the expense of genuine partnership, we felt there was a better way—a more honorable way.

We started NextPhase because we believe that business owners deserve to understand what the sale process looks like, to be equipped for the challenges it brings, and to navigate the complexities without fear of exploitation. Too often, business owners are left with the short end of the stick simply due to a knowledge gap. Our goal is to bridge that gap.

We aim to educate, support, and connect business owners and buyers based on true compatibility—not just financial outcome. By leading with a highly relational approach, modern communication, and a commitment to legacy and alignment, we strive to build a network that puts people first. Our asset-light and cost-competitive model means our clients’ needs always come before our own. For us, success is measured by the quality of relationships formed and the positive impact we leave on those we serve.
